All items sold through GR Treasure Bids are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS,” with all faults. This policy applies to all transactions, including store returns and claims for refunds.

We do not offer refunds, accept returns, or allow exchanges under any circumstances. By placing a bid, you agree that:

• You have had the opportunity to inspect the item(s) or ask questions prior to bidding.
   
• You understand that all items may have defects, wear, or damage — and that no guarantees are provided regarding functionality or condition.
   
• You accept full responsibility for the item once the winning bid is placed.
