This privacy policy governs your use of the website located at bid.grtreasurebids.com. The website is owned, operated, and/or controlled by GR Treasure Bids. As used in this privacy policy, the terms “we”, “our,” and “us” refer to GR Treasure Bids collectively.

This policy also governs the collection, use, and disclosure of information submitted by bidders who register using the Online-AuctionSoftware.com, Inc. platform. It is effective upon acceptance during registration for new users and otherwise effective on March 1, 2014, for all others.

We collect and store the following Personally Identifiable Information (PII):

• Address
   
• Driver’s license
   
• At least one telephone number
   

We may also collect additional PII on other parts of the site (login, bidding, account updates, email subscriptions). If you don’t voluntarily provide this information, it is not stored.

Credit card info is stored securely by Authorize.Net, not on our servers. We also collect IP addresses at registration and during bidding. Cookies are used only to keep you logged in (no third-party tracking cookies are used).

PII is used for internal business only:

• Driver’s license confirms age eligibility
   
• Credit card ensures payment ability
   
• Phone/email helps us contact you
   
• IP addresses are used for security and fraud prevention
   

You may opt out of communications at registration or by contacting us.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your PII.
However, if GR Treasure Bids is sold or merged, your data may transfer under the same privacy terms.
We may share info with service providers or when legally required. Only employees with proper clearance can access PII.

We use SSL encryption for all transmissions. Stored data is kept on firewall-protected and password-secured servers.
Passwords are encrypted using AES-128. Authorize.Net stores card data with multiple layers of protection.

Note: No system is 100% secure. You can help by keeping your password safe and logging off shared computers.

This site is intended for adult users only. If we have collected a child’s PII, contact us to resolve the issue.
